Clea Turner – Lawyer
I am passionate about providing you with the right information, sooner rather than later, allowing you to make informed decisions and move forward with your life.
The Family Law process can be daunting and frustrating, but I feel strongly that with a skilled advocate in your corner to guide you– encouraging you to keep matters out of Court if possible – it is more likely you will reach an outcome with which you can be content and start your next chapter. Without assistance, people can be influenced to agree to a property division without truly knowing to what they are entitled, or arguing over how the children will spend time with each parent and what that looks like.
I graduated from Murdoch University and Australian National University in 2016 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017. Since that time I have practiced primarily in Family Law (parenting, property and child support matters) and Family Violence Restraining Order matters. I have practiced both in private practice and not for profit legal centres.
I can also help you plan for the future – to ensure that you have some control over how you (and your assets) are dealt with when you are no longer able deal with them yourself. I assist clients with Estate Planning – preparing your Will and associated documents (including Enduring Powers of Attorney & Guardianship). I also assist in Estate Administration – helping you manage the affairs of your loved ones who have passed on, making sure their wishes are followed.
